Our Faculty
The Director of Prestige Dance Company is Ms. Amy Gallart Alvarez. Ms. Amy founded the school and continues to develop the school throughout the years in a successful way. Ms. Amy's love of children and the Art of Dance is what inspired her to become a teacher. Not only was she an accomplished dancer, but she also obtained her Degree in Dance Education from FIU and became a public school teacher.
The Co-director and teacher is Ms Chelsey Alvarez . Ms. Chelsey received her dance training from the Miami Conservatory and later graduated from the prestigious New World School of the Arts in Dance. She continued her dance training at Florida International University and graduated. Ms. Chelsey is a talented choreographer, teacher and gifted co-director.
Our Mission
Prestige Dance Company will provide a professional environment for our dancers. We will teach a solid dance foundation so that dancers can develop their strength, placement, and technique. As a result, dancers will be prepared to branch out to different dance styles and enter the professional dance community. The skills and knowledge dancers gain from their training at Prestige Dance will develop them into well rounded dancers. Watching the dancers progress & grow with our teaching curriculum is a rewarding experience for all of us.
